By accessing or using our Site or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

By using our Site, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

By using our Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Placing Orders:
When you place an order for Products, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product descriptions or pricing.

Payment:
Payment for all orders must be made at the time of purchase. We accept [credit/debit cards]. Your payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Order Confirmation:

Shipping:

Title and risk of loss for the Products pass to you upon delivery by our carrier.

Delays:
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control.

Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Products within [7 days] of delivery, provided that the Products are in their original condition and packaging.

• Note: All items titled or described as a "Mystery" product are non-returnable.
• Factory Sealed Products (including but not limited to booster packs, booster bundles, sealed collections, etc.) must be in original factory packaging with no evidence of tampering to be eligible for return.

Refunds:
Upon receipt and after inspection of returned Products by Sardonic Group, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) via your original payment method.

• Note: All products received in request of a refund must meet the conditions of original condition and packaging to be deemed eligible for refund, these conditions are reviewed by Sardonic Group who shall communicate eligibility and reasoning for determination. Items marked as "Mystery" are not eligible for refund.

All content on the Site related to [Sardonic Group]—including text, images, logos, graphics, and software—is the property of [Sardonic Group] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view or download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

We do not claim rights to the titles or product names of items listed on the Site that are the intellectual property of third parties. Only Products created and distributed by Sardonic Group are subject to our exclusive intellectual property rights.
